Returns & Exchange: GlassesEtc.com offers FREE ground shipping via FedEx for any orders in the continental United States over $100.00. Any customer selecting FREE ground shipping AND returning using FREE return shipping will be charged $7.95 should they fail to exchange for a different frame. Upon returning, the customer can alternatively opt for a 6-month store credit should they decide they do not want to exchange at the time (should no other frame be desirable), or if he/she wishes to avoid the $7.95 fee.
