Zappos is one of the best shoe sites around. They have a huge selection (over 100,000 pairs of shoes) and you can't beat the Zappos Free Shipping/Free Return Policy. They tend to be a bit more expensive than other shoe sites, but the security of knowing that your purchase won't turn into a disaster is worth it.

My test purchase was for a pair of Vans No Skool Black/Black 11.5 D - Medium. The purchase went smoothly, a confirmation of purchase email was sent and then when the shoes shipped, I received a "Thank you for shopping at Zappos.com. The following products have shipped: Vans No Skool Black/Black 11.5 D - Medium Here is your UPS tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXX" email. Tracking link was included, a customer service contact email and toll free number as well. There were also instructions on how to print a pre-paid return label, if needed.

When the shoes arrived, they were great! Shipment was on time, and a return label was included as well. (Not needed!) Overall a top notch experience!
